This will be a loop hike on Poor Mountain. It consists of the Overlook Trail, Canyon and Cascades Trails. There are nice view points on the Overlook Trail affording views to the west encompassing Ft. Lewis Mtn. The trail goes up to an overlook and then descends down to the Canyon Trail and climbs back on the Cascade Trail.
